• Facebook and Instagram lead form. Gym owners who ask for a free Gym Lead Audit check a box that is unchecked by default and labeled “I agree to be contacted by OptyxAI, including automated calls and texts.” The form can’t be sent without it. The text below the box is shown in full.
• Website form. On optyxai.com/audit, an optional checkbox with the website consent text below.
• Booking calendar. When someone books a call, an optional checkbox with the same website consent text.
